If you've read my Taipei write ups, you would have read about Ichibantei, which was good. This one is in Sinagpore, basement of Liang Court, inside of Meidi-ya.
The picture above was taken from the menu..... look how tentalizing the 2 bowls of ramen looked... we ordered just those two, Tonkotsu (left) and Miso (right) ramen.....

Miso ramen, the real deal..... Again, check out the drastic difference in the presentation!!! We were shocked when the ramen were presented. Presentation of ramen in Taipei was better. Nevertheless, these ones in Singapore were good... the egg wasn't too salty, half boiled so the yolk was slightly runny. The charsiew was very nice too! Now I have another favourite to kill ramen cravings!
