Marutama ramen (Level 3)
My favourite ramen in Singapore has to be Marutama ramen. Still as good as usual. Ordered the Nama Karashi (spicy version of the original) ramen with ajitsuke tamago (soy egg). Spicy and delicious, full of flavour, chashu as tender as ever, tamago very well cooked as with most of the time.

The tamago looks cooked on the outside, but the yolk was flowy and creamy on the inside. The aosa (seaweed) and negi (spring onion) was a nice compliment to the ramen cooked al dente!

With good company of my friend J who shares the joy of an good ol'ramen, the meal was doubly satisfying.
Barcook Bakery (Level 1)
Barcook bakery cheesy raisin is as good as it gets. It is worth every praise the other food blogs said it's supposed to be. However, it will ONLY be good if you comsume it hot, when the cheese within the bread is warm and creamy.... fresh out of the oven or if you heat it up. Cheers! E
