Where can you find a truly yummy Vietnamese food? To me, it's none other than Mekong! I do not think I can find anything close to Mekong in Singapore... Another Vietnamese restaurant in Melbourne with good vietnamese food, which is rather unconventional is at Oanh's Kitchen at Glenferrie Rd. However, I did not get to visit Oanh's this trip.
Ok back to Mekong, I always have the grilled chicken with rice noodles, with lotsa basil leaves! So satisfying! Their beef rice noodles is good too.
Vietnamese deep fried spring rolls for J, not bad... but I prefer the rice paper version...
