Requested Chef Bernard to prepare a maki mainly lunch.....
And the makis we had, all 4 different kinds, we had no idea what fishes were used...we let Chef Bernard surprise us.... but all we knew was that they were delicious, and just how we liked it!
Lots of salmon, crab which were in season, tempura prawn and fish, aburi styled, etc.....
Do not be fooled by the looks of the makis, if they do not look very "orderly", they're yums!
